Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
For Australian Orders
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns, as outlined in the steps below.
For International Orders
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our customer service team at support@islaandoliver.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For Australian orders, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. For international orders, we will guide you on the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For Australian customers, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. For international customers, please ship the item back at your cost, and we will reimburse you for the shipping upon confirmation of the defect. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund as needed.
